Geting a list of card names

Postby JoeKoomen2011 » Mon May 29, 2017 3:17 pm

My brain isn't working tonight. I took me 15 minutes to find the describe function, and now I can't use it properly. I'm trying to get a list of all the short names of the cards in a window but my syntax is failing me.

Any suggestions?

Okay, a night's sleep does wonders. I've got my script working, but one interesting thing happened.

I did not specifically set the itemDelimiter in my script, and when I parsed the data, I got the third item from each line as expected, but the rest of the line as well.

Only after setting the itemDelimiter to tab did I get the third, and only the third item from each line.

As the data returned from Describe() is tab delimited (default delimiter is a comma) so it would require setting the itemDel to tab in order to correctly reference items.
