Testing standalones?

Postby drpitcairn » Sat Jan 07, 2012 8:48 am

I have been having some people test my standalone project for me and they are running into some problems I cannot duplicate with the SC project at my end. So....finally I realized I could make a standalone "build editable" so did that for the first time and tried running it that way. BUT I don't know what to expect with testing it with the scripts available. I cannot open the script windows in the way I usually do or the message box. So is there some other way to access those? Or is it more that a script pops up only when there is a problem?

You will get a script error in an editable standalone just as you would in SuperCard.
