SetFieldScroll

Here's an old XFcn I slapped together several years ago for someone (I can't recall who) that lets you set the scroll of an SC field without closing it.

The syntax is as follows:

    get SetFieldScroll(<fieldDescriptor>, <scrollValue>)

If you find any problems with it, please let me know.
