Why is overview listing not numerical?

When I open the overview module for a card, the list of buttons and fields is not numerical. Shouldn't it be?

Looks like a lot of numbers to me, including part number and unique ID...

Or do you mean that it's not sorted numerically?
My two favorite teams are Detroit and whoever's playing Chicago.

I mean like should be:
Button 1
Button 2
Button 3
Button 4

OR

Field 1
Field 2
Field 3
Field 4

I just did it, sorted by number.
What does the last number in the row mean?
For example,
Card 1 Analysis 98761
Button 1 1 Rubric List 19
