Hello everybody

I have setup a GitHub organisation to centralise user-contributed examples, externals and documentation : https://github.com/SuperCardGroup

I would like to set up a repository specifically to host a wiki containing the SupeCard Language Guide ; which will lend itself to user annotation and contribution

I would like to hear your opinions ; especially the opinions of SolutionsEtcetera principals and longtime SuperCard users

cheers

the main documentation generator for the SLG is
Jekyll Apple Help
it automatically creates :
  • a website version (and GitHub pages , of course)
  • Apple Help bundle (which could be deployed in a helper app, and in the future perhaps SuperCard itself)
  • PDF version

I'm currently working on a local copy and I hope to commit to GitHub within this weekend
the project also has a wiki for shared user annotation and issues

at a lesser level of priority, I am also making a SuperTalk syntax highlighter for Jekyll
by creating a custom Rouge Lexer and theme for SuperTalk

for the time being , The AppleScript support in Rouge does a decent job
but I want to reach a perfect match with the defaults in the script editor
