pasteRTFD

Here is where the magnanimous folks that create externals post them (.zip archives only please).

pasteRTFD

A simple XFcn to create on-disk RTFD packages from RTFD data on the clipboard.

Syntax is:

get pasteRTFD(<hfsPath>)

If successful the XFcn returns the HFS path to the created RTFD package.

If no RTFD data is on the clipboard, it returns "false\rNo RTFD data on pasteboard".

Requires SuperCard 4.8b22 or higher.

Enjoy,

thanks !

but how do you get RTFD data on the clipboard to begin with ?

I try copying from a rtf field and then invoking pasteRTFD(filename) but nothing happens ...

Usually by copying something in a Cocoa app.
